GGM Dress Code
Oakridge Middle School adheres to a standardized dress policy. Please familiarize yourself with this policy.
Parents/Guardians: we respectfully request your support in ensuring that your child dresses appropriately for school.
TOPS
- Polo style shirts ONLY
- Any solid color or stripes
- Short sleeve or long sleeve
- Show your school spirit with a GGM T-shirt!
BOTTOMS
- ONE (1) color solid pants, shorts, skirts, or skorts
- Long pants
- Capris or cropped pants
- Shorts, skorts, skirts - length must be longer than fingertips (arms at sides)
- NO frayed edges or holes
- NO sweat or warm-up style pants
- NO athletic shorts
- NO yoga pants
- NO leggings
- NO spandex/lycra
- NO blue jeans
FOOTWEAR
- Closed toe, closed heel
- No heel height greater than one inch
- NO flip flops or slides
- Crocs are allowed with strap behind heel
STUDENT ID BADGES
- MUST be worn around the neck and visible at all times
- School-issued lanyards only
All clothing must be in good condition, without tears or rips.
Clothing that is too tight, too loose, or too baggy is NOT allowed!
